4. Payments and refunds

• Prices are shown in USD and may change for future purchases.
• Self-paced refunds: within 14 days if under 20% completed.
• Live course refunds: full refund up to 7 days before start; partial refunds thereafter as outlined per course page.

5. Acceptable use

• No unlawful, harassing, or abusive behavior.
• No attempts to circumvent access controls or copy systems.
• Respect the calm environment in live sessions.

6. Intellectual property

All site content, patterns, videos, and materials are owned by Lushridge Knitworks or its licensors and are protected by applicable laws.

We provide educational content “as is.” We do not guarantee any specific outcomes. We strive for accuracy but errors may occur.

8. Limitation of liability
